Compliance or Facilities Maintenance contracts are available for a single year or multiple years.

Bespoke facilities maintenance/compliance packages are tailored to suit individual customer requirements resulting in efficient and effective management of facilities.

You choose the assets you wish to be maintained and the frequency of maintenance. By conducting preventative maintenance, this allows you to monitor the condiion of assets gives insight to the condition of items that may require updating, renewal or repair in the near future, or those that have failed since the last visit.
